I have a Sony KP-51ws510. I used the TV-KIT-2014 repair kit from tvrepairkits.com and I think I followed the directions to a T. I found and replaced a 3.5 amp pico fuse. Replaced the chips, desoldered all convergence resistors and checked them with my meter. Double checked all solder points and wire conections on both boards. I still have the same problem, I can't get the blue crosses to line up in manual mode. The red is fine. I have the inch wide lines ao both sides of the screen and the ghosting effect. The center of the screen is fine and worsens as you go out. The right side is more missaligned than the left. Thanks, Bill
i had the same problem i just gave up on the tv..i repalced the stk 2 times..still blue would not line up ..it would move all directions but not enough.......prob something wrong in the blue convergence circuit...a new board would fix that i would imagine but not worth it
i have done over 50 conv repairs and have never seeen this problem...so im sure it was a more serious issue then just repalcing the stk
