Chassis P60A Type 5203

To begin with, turned the set on, the picture was bowed. Un-plugged it, turned it back on still bowed I started smelling something burning. So naturally I went for the Convergence ICS. I checked all the resistors around the IC’s, and replaced the STK394-250”s. Plugged it back in turned it on still burning smell. Near the flyback I found “C407S” 270pf 2 kV capacitor burnt and smoking. So I replaced it, I plugged the set in and the cap arc’ed again. I looked around and saw the “R413” 0.47ohm 1 watt resistor burnt. Question is. Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? I can not find a new BP41-00049D Convergence board.
