Problem after replacing convergence chips

I have a Sony kp65ws510 projection tv and I just changed the convergence chips to correct a convergence problem. The heatsink for the chip on the left is cold but the heatsink on the right is warm. I checked all the pico fuses on the D and G boards. Does anyone have an idea of why that chip might not be turning on? Thanks...
