regarding power supply plasma & tip

Hello ,
i need a help,i have a plasma philips modelNo.42PF9667D/10 THERE'S A FAULT in the power supply it only make a click sound but when i aplied heat(with a hairdry) in the power supply the plasma tv start normal with picture & sound ok.
Do you have solution for it?
i need also a service mode code for SUPRA TV ST29AA705FG.
