need help - mitsu ws65711 problem

hour glassed red and green picture. after reading on this site, it appears to be my convergent chips. im not a tech but am mechanical. the 425.00 i was quoted over the phone is alot these days. so, is it is it reasonable to think i can order chips from mitsu, remove the board and take it to a tech for soldering? if so, which or is this board?
