I'm experiencing the 4 blink error code on my Sony KDS-R60XBR1. Both fans were running
slow, and they were replaced. They still ran slow and I've still got the same error. I noted
the fans are 12 volts, but I have only 5.7vdc under load. Are these fans variable speed, or
should be at full speed all the time? Is this a power supply problem or something worse?
Could someone direct me to the 12 source, or point me in the right direction?
