Sony KP65WS510 convergence question

I'm changing the STK ic chips and I can't find any bad fuses. 

Is it possable for an ic chip to go bad and not blow any fuses ?

I checked all 7 Pico fuses on my D board and 2 on the G board with an ohm meter, all good
