Directv HD receiver problem

I've been having this problem with my hd receiver for quite a while and am curious if anyone else has a similar probem. When you tune to an hd channel that displays the red "Scoreguide" button,the picture which is at first a widescreen hd picture, is compressed from the sides and the linearity is distorted. This does not happen on network channels(abc,cbs,etc.) or premium channels(sho,hbo,etc).The model  of the receiver is H20 100. Anyone with a similar problem? Please let me know.
