Sony Projection TV Convergence

I have a Sony KP-53V90 that has a green shadow effect only on the left side of the picture. How can I adjust the convergence from the menu? I don't have a Convergence option, only Picture Adjustment. And can you direct me to a location where I can get a downloadable version of the owner's manual?
