Hi there
I've had these colored vertical lines that run the full screen and my remedy for the last few months has been a swift slap to the back of the tv which after 1 to 20 slaps tends to clear the problem and I'm back watching HD.
Unfortunately now I'm getting way too much exercise getting up and down, walking over and slapping it, then a moment later..., sometimes the problem is contiuous, other times the TV is fine for hours. Not to mention the Netflix and gaming I'm missing right now. So I need a solution please.
Just taken the back off (no warranty, over 3.5 years old) and everything seems to be connected ok. However I did notice on one of the boards 3 green lights were on, but on another board with a single green light it was blinking.
Any help greatly appreciated.
MODEL PCL541R ISSUES ARE VERICAL LINE STRIGHT THUR THE CENTER OF THE SCREEN VERICAL OUTPUT IC IS A LA7845 NOT YET BEEN REPALCED I THE CURCUIT BUT IF THIS DOES NOT SLOVE THE PROBLEM ARE THERE ANY OTHER FACTS FINDING TIPS FOR THIS MODEL CHASSIE THE MODULE IS OUT OF THE UNIT AND ON THE BEACH FOR REPAIR TROUBLESHOOTING REPLY SOON NO CONTRACT WITH THE SHEMATIC LCATER.
