I just finished replacing both of the IC's on my KP-43T70 tv. I cannot figure what was connected to CN502. Right now it looks like its waiting for something to get plugged into it, but I cannot find anything to plug into it. The Service manual is found here; http://www.techlore.com/download/file/25361-93 . I was able to get out of the diagrams that it says:
CN502 2P :LARGE Is there a cord that is supposed to be attached to it, or what goes in this connection slot? I thought I took enough pictures, but I neglected to get a picture of this area prior to unconnecting the cables.
If someone has the same set and could take a picture of this area that would be awesome! the part is located a couple inches to the right of where the powercord connects to the circuit board.
