I am working on these two Toshibas but not getting any inroads, the 13A22 is not powering up the standby light just comes on at switch on and nothing else happens, it has a SMPS I measure 160V at the primary of the Transformer and 139V at the collector of the hot before switch on and it remains the same after switch on, I am suspecting it is going into shutdown but I can't seem to find the trouble component(s). The CF19C20 comes on with the raster but I can't get any picture any suggestions on solving these issues are welcome.
Nobody has any suggestions as to the possible areas to check to find the problem or if you encountered a similar problem and what was the cause, Larry you seem quite experienced on many issues and the possible causes can you make any suggestions
