Mitsubishi WS-55613 HD Problem

Can't seem to get my HD to work anymore. Worked fine after fixing the green blicky light mees with the new caps. It worked fine until I tried to change out the existing HD receiver with and HD-DVR and screwed things all up. All I get on INP-DTV is a blue screen. The receiver works fine as it has been verified on another TV and works correctly. I can stiil get 1080i picture quality through COMP-1 and 2(XBOX360 and BluRay). Can't get anything through INP-DTV. Any ideas?????
