Just got my 4th replacement phone(under warranty) and surprise it still gets hot, drops calls and will not connect to the internet. Is there anyone out there that is having the same problem?
I am having the same problem. When I called the first time they told me that there are no other complaints with this problem. I'm on my 3rd replacement
Sorry to say I have had 5 of these pieces of S*** phones. I finally stopped paying my bill and guess what, I held them up until they agreed there was a problem and I had suffered too long. I spoke to a very helpful supervisor in Waranty replacement and she got me a brand new Samsung A867. This is a great phone, TV, GPS nav, all the bells and whistles. I can even see the screen in Daylight. Also snap screen like the i phone. Keep plugging and be persistent.Oh yeah, there is no flimsy antenna to break off either.

I here ya on the phone being junk.. My phone has been getting so hot that i have to get off it. Finally the battery just stopped taking a charge. Ive had this phone for less than 3 months!!
