mitsubishi vcr

hi all, i have an older, good quality vcr mitsubishi HC-U53 that i would like to get into good shape. i cleaned and lubed it,changed the belt it works but has 2 problems. 1)sometimes jams when ejecting. 2) has a stationary noise bar when playing tape. thanks for your help. pg
