My Mitsubishi WS-55411 screen would go solid green when first turned ON,
then picture would come back after a minute or so. Now it stays GREEN all the
time. I pulled of the back and can see the Red and Blue guns are not firing.
There is no picture, just solid green. If I turn OFF or unplug whatever device
(DVD Player) from one of the Inputs, the green goes to blue. So whenever there
is something inputting on any inputs, I get just GREEN. Oh, it's green when you
select Channels. I can hear the sound by the way.
I am not a TV Tech, but I do know something about electronics being a
Copier Tech. So I can get dangerous if someone would lend some advice.
I managed to find the Service Manual for my model on this site

There will be no new TV this year, so fixing this would be so great!

Update: I really think the problem is located on the Signal Board. I was tapping around while the power was on. After wiggling the RM connector on the Signal Board, the the Green CRT went OFF and the Blue flickered ON and OFF.
I re-soldered points on that connector and checked closely with magnified glass the rest.
No resolution.
