Sony KP65WS510

Hi there,  I have the Sony KP65WS510 model rear projection tv.  I was wondering if anyone can help me, I have no picture just sound and it has five blinks.  The screen is completely black can't even get a channel number or anything to show up on screen.

 I recently have been told what the 5 blinks means:

means "White Balance Failure (Not Balanced)" and the probable cause locations listed are as follows:

1.  Video OUT (IC7101, IC7201, IC7301) is faulty (CR, CG, CB boards).
2.  CRT drive (IC309) is faulty (A board).
3.  Screen (G2) is improperly adjusted.

So where should I go from here?

When I called sony they gave me no help except to unplug and replug the tv in and when that didn't do anything I was told to call for service.  When I called for service they told me it would be $145.00 just to send someone out here if I decided to have it fixed they would put that towards my service fee but I won't know how much it costs until they come out.  So my questions I guess are:

 Is there anything I can adjust or do to try and fix this problem?

What shoud the cost be to repair something like this?

Is it worth having it fixed? (I'm not sure spending 500.00 is worth it today with the prices of tv's dropping)

Also would moving the tv have caused this problem? We did recently move the tv and I'm not sure if that caused it or if this is something that has been happening and finally went?

Also does anyone have a service manual for this? I have only been able to find it online where I have to pay 30.00 for it, I don't really want to spend 30.00 for the manual. 

 I would really appreciate any advice I can get on this problem as soon as possible
