I already had a repair company come out last year for the same problem, luckily we were able to take care of it under warranty, which has now expired. When I called Mitsubishi they have no record of us at all, which is funny since they paid their factory authorized sales person to come to my home. The light flashes green and will not turn on. Of course this had to happen right at Christmas, when the kids main gift is a game system..AND to top it off we are out of money so can't afford a repair until after the first of the year..Can you talk us through the repair? Please help save Christmas...

P.S. Why won't Mitsubishi offer a recall for a repairman to come fix this since this is such a prevelant problem? The fact that I have had the same issue twice concerns me. Mitsubishi is obviously aware of the issue, just from the warranty calls alone. Should I write a letter or will if do any good? Also is there anything we can do different to prevent this from happening again?
