I have a RCA TV Model #G27666AT Serial #434450248 Chasis#CTC187BH Made in Aug., 1994. The problem is channels 1 thru 13 won't work and its just just makes noise like if it has no reception but channels 14 and up do work. The antenna is a VHF/UHF. The UHF(14 and up) channels work but the VHF(1-13) channels don't. I have checked the menu and made sure everything correct what else could it be.
Tuner, I believe the 187 had an on board tuner so not customer replaceble and most likely not worth the cost to fix.
