I can't read the scrolling info at the bottom of the sportscasts because it's cut off (being projected below the screen). This set has been adjusted this way since day one. Recently it's become bothersome because broadcasters are becoming more daring with placing info outside the original "safe title" area established in the 1950's. Most new widescreen sets display everything right to the edge. Not so with these old "tube dinosaurs".
So the question: In the old days, we'd just slide the yoke forward and reconverge the guns with a dot generator. But this thing has three yokes. Is it possible to perform the equivalent picture shrink on this set without a lot of expensive gear?
