Ok so i have replaced some bad caps on the power supply board DM board and FMT board. tv works great though there is some horrible fuzzy scramble effect on the edges of the image after tv warms up. any ideas? thanks.

dont think it is the signal board as if i just have a blue screen and select the menu if will have the effect once the tv has warmed up. could it be the fmt board or maybe some kind of voltage regulation?
