Sony KV36 HS500 6-Blink problem

I've seen a lot of people discussing this problem on their forums-- it's the issue where a television has a self-diagnosing system that includes a blink (commonly the Sony models) that flashes whenever the tv detects that it may have an error.

My television is a Sony  KV36 HS500 model, and it has a 6-blink to tell me if there's an error or not. Recently, the blink has begun flashing and it isn't possible for me to turn on my television. After looking at several discussions, I would think that the problem is somewhere inside the D-board of the television. The locations of the ICs are 8002 and 6501; I replaced both of them-- the tv worked once, but never again after I turned it off once.

Sometimes, when I attempt to power the tv on, it may come to work after 30-50 tries at the power button. When I turn it off afterwards, the 6-blink turns on again and the tv cannnot be turned on anymore.

Help? Does anyone know what might be the problem here?

probably be best at this

probably be best at this point to send out the D board to have it reworked.
