I have an older (1988) 27" Zenith Advanced System 3 Stereo Reciever Monitor (Black TV w/ dark glass bezel) that is just now having an issue, after all these years. Within an hour after being turned on, first the color suddenly disappears, then within a few minutes later, the sound gets increasingly staticy. I then have to mute the sound, and after a few minutes the color comes back, then I un-mute and slowly the sound clears up and all is fine again. It still has a great picture except that it pulls in about 1/2" at both sides of screen bottom and occasionally needs brightness adjusted. Does anyone know if this is a problem with the tuner or something more and are parts still available? I know I've gotten my $ worth out of it but it's been such a great set all these years, I feel I owe it some life support in it's hour of need...
