Mitsubishi VS-60707 Projection TV problem

Mitsubishi projection 60" TV model VS-60707, purchased new back in
2001;

I believe it's having the PIP problem, the picture likes to jump.
Does someone know how to fix this issue? Thanks.

i have the mitsubishi vs-60707 2001 model. it will only come on sometimes. it cuts on and off. can any1 help?
