I have have a problem with the convergence on my Mitsubishi WS-55809 and have determined the F9A04, F9A05 fuses have blown. I got the fuses replaced, and the TV powered up but the red horizontal convergence no longer works, all other convergence works including the vertical red. It looks like there are two IC's (STK392-570) controlling this. Two questions: Is there a way to tell which one controls the horizontal red. Second, Where can I buy these IC's and more fuses??
you should and it is highly reccommended to replace both of the convergence iC's at the same time.Unless you want to be back in there in a couple of months. if one is bad th other one is pobably getting ready to go bad, that would be like replacing your brake shoes on one wheel and not both wheels at the same time.
