Sony KDP-57WS655 Blinking 10 times

I have a Sony KDP-57WS655 TV that started giving me trouble when I attempted to turn it on.  The tv would blink 9 times pause and 9 times again. 

 I read the posts from others who were having the same problem and followed the advice to replace the G board.  After replacing the G board, the tv turned on 1 time only.  After that, the light now blinks 10 times repeatedly. 

Did I do something wrong or is it time to cut my losses and get a new tv?
