I have a WS-55513 Mitsubishi. When I plug the tv in the green timer led keeps flashing and the tv will not power up. The led will continue flashing as long as the tv is plugged in. What caps and IC on the DM board need to be replaced? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! My email is [email protected]. Thank you.

1000 uf 16v 105 degree, if memory serves.
There are many existing ws-55513 threads you can find using the search engine.
You should read up on issues with reinstalling the DM board, cap polarity , fuse checks...to take advantage of others experiences with this repair.

I replaced those caps with 1000uf 25v 105 degree and the tv works great! Thanks for your time and info.
