We have a red and green line that runs from the top left of the screen
and bows about 7 inches at its deepest point then about halfway across
the screen it runs back up
and disappears. The perfect focus will not run...never gets off of 0%.
I can see green shadows and some red shadows. When I go to convergence
the center + looks lined up but as you move further away the more off
it is. There is no way to line these up. Please help will possible
solutions.

The convergence IC's are bad . replace both and check the resistors and pico fuses as they may be opened . IC's start with STK #'s and there are 2 of them . replace them both. But make sure the resistors aren't opened or the fuese supplying the the voltages aren't opened . You'll need to know how to desolder and solder to replace the parts . Shop prices can average between $200 to $500 to repair . James
