Mitubishi WT-46807 Power On Problem

I have a WT-46807 Mitsubishi TV with a power on problem.  Initially it went off.  Then I tapped on it and it worked for 1/2 a day.

I have a code 12 when using the menu and input keys.  I have taken out the board tray and cleaned with air, checked for loose solder connections.  It does look like the convergence IC's have already been replaced on this set.  Did notice a small coolant drip from the left CRT and cleaned the board.  I don't believe that it affected anything. I did have it work after doing this for about 5 minutes then the screen went crazy and now it will not come on.  I think it has something to do with the power supply to the crt's but am not sure.

I have a service manual and am good with schematics and soldering.  Not sure where to start.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

"tapped on it and it worked"

"tapped on it and it worked" sounds like bad solder.
With a magnifying loupe check all the boards, crt boards too possibly. Double check all connectors, ic's on heat sinks, flyback and transformer and coil near it.
The coolant is conductive and you have to get it all off, and check for bad traces in that area.

I checked all the boards with a loupe and soldered some of the joints. Nothing really tood out as being bad. How can I check if the HV block is bad. I remember when it started up, the crt's fired then the picture faded. During the startup I made sure the HV wires to the CRT's were seated good and as soon as I did that the picture faded. Could the HV be coming on and then dying after startup?
thanks for the help
