I have a RCA 27" TV Rca 27F554T CRT type that has an issue just with CATV (analog) channel 13 goes to B/W with no audio. Seems it does some sort of fine tuning sequence which appears to fail. This is on the HSN network which has some unique and constant text boxes being displayed as part of the video (not TLTXT or OSD). Interestingly enough, no other TV in the house has this issue but most are more than 5 years old.
I'm thinking that the automatic fine tuning step is having an issue with this channel. Anybody know if there is a way to do get in and do the fine tuning manually ?
