SONY KP57WS500 LIGHT BLUE FLICKERING ON BLACK SCENES

I have a KP57ws500 SONY 57" television. I've had the IC chips replaced with official brand sony IC's. And a host of cold solder joints touched up. Along with some of the fuses on the power supply to take care of all the convergence issues. About 9 months later I noticed that I get a lot of constant flickering on all scenes, but most notable on dark black scenes the screen flickers a whitish/blue very erratically. I also have a KP57HW40 that does the exact same thing only its a whitish/green on black scenes. Could the only fix for this be replacing the crt's?

Could I take the blue from the one and put it in the other, or the green from the one and put it in the other, perhaps to make one good non flickering one? Or can the flickering be adjusted in the service menu? I've already adjusted the voltages properly on the voltage/focus block behind the speaker panel on both so any other suggestions are welcome. :)

Thanks team!
