Mitsubishi WS-55907 turn off 3 sec fluid V-17

When I turn on my TV it shuts off in about 3 seconds.  I took off the back and noticed some fluid leaked on the CCAs.  I cleaned the CCAs off and still have the same problem.  The fluid was mainly on the left CCA.  I haven't checked the fuses yet.  I have a few questions:

 1.  I got an error code 23 (input-menu).

2.   ALL the fuses are good.

3.  Is there anywhere to get a free schematic or service manual?

3.  Any ideas of what the problem might be?

4.  I know the fluid leak is another problem (ticking time bomb).  I don't know it is worth fixing this problem in a 55' projection TV.  How long does this 'time bomb' typically last.  Is it worth going any further knowing this?

I checked all the fuses

I checked all the fuses listed on the side pannel. They are all good (2-4 ohms). I think I found the convergance ICs. I assume they are the two IC's covered on both sides by huge heat sinks. Howvever, I don't plan to do anything with them until I get an error code or something pointing that direction.

I tried holding the menu button while pushing the power. No error codes.

It could be a nice set if you

It could be a nice set if you have time to work on it, too old to put major money into. might need boards cleaned, conv ic's and fuses, leak fixed.

First clean spilled coolant with denatured alcohol/Q tips, unsolder components to clean under them if necessary , on chassis board and crt neck board, then you can decide if the boards are usable.
Test continuity to and from affected areas to find corroded traces that need jumper wires.

Pico fuses F9a04 and F9a05 are on the power supply pcb. If they test bad replace them AND the conv ic's.

The leaking crt will need drain, rtv sealer the gasket, refill.

hold input and menu for 5 sec.
