According to Apix over at the SansaCommunity, Yahoo is going to to extend Service for Sansa Connect
He said.

released (hate using the same word twice in a sentence like that),
Yahoo is extending their service for the connect through August. Once
the final day has been reached, there will be a firmware update that
will allow the usage of all other wireless abilities (aside from Yahoo
obviously) to still be used.
It is still unknown if Real will decide to bring up another wireless service to take Yahoo’s place at this time.
