I have the tv listed above for the last 5 years and for the last 5 days I have had a problem of it shutting off on its own. Mostly happens in the evenings, it will go black with sound, blinks 5 times (did it last night) and then shut off. also Last night it blinked 10 times after it shut off repeatedly, paused then blinks again 10 times.
I can turn it back on and it will work again anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 minutes before it does it again. works good if we watch tv in the day time, but we mostly watch it at night so we are not sure if it will do it during the day if it is on for to long
I unplugged it one night and plugged it back in in the morning, still happened.
A year ago we had it fixed by a technician and it cost us $450. Now we are trying to figure out if it would be worth fixing again or just start looking for a new set. Any help or advice would be great thank you
