Digital Convergence board HCL4715W

My HCL4715W that had a convergence failure was repaired by changing the
IC's but shortly after it developed the same problem. Bought a new
deflection board to avoid the hasle of the repairs again and it did not
solved the issue. TV would not turn on at all just a click click and
whinning sound and fuse FD805 i think...(the one that fuses the 30v for
the Convergence on the power board) would blow. I rechecked everything
that i could think of and could not find an aswers until i completely
removed the convergence module from the main board. TV fired up with
missaligned convergence of course but no sound and the fuse did not
blow. I just want to know if the module itself could be bad or some
related circuitry on the main board could do this too. Any help will be
appreciated
