60PP935217 I need help, just got tv/red wave like appearance

Can somebody please help me! I just bought this tv for $300 thinking I might get a good deal. Geez was I wrong. The only thing I noticed was that I had the tv on for like 3 minutes before I notice the color and picture change, there is now a red wavelike image in bottom left corner of the tv and now makes the whole image messed up. I have no idea if this is a horrible problem or some simple fix??? Any ideas? If so, where can I find the parts and how much is this gonna run me? If too much I will take this back and demand money! Also any idea where to find a FREE manual for this? Thanks alot!!!
