I recently acquired a Sony kp65wv600 from my grandfather who i assume bought it used...but anyhow it has weird blue/white horizontal lines going across the screen from top to bottom when in 1080i mode the line number increases but they are less apparent and less spread apart...they are very thin lines either way....at best i would describe it to look like a zoomed in picture of a fingerprint...something of that nature. also the black is very blue on this set, is this normal?
oh and also if I wanted to hook this up to a geforce 8800 GT would that be possible with a DVI-D to DVI-D cable? the 8800 has dual DVI-I females while the Sony has a DVI-D female on the back
