mitsubishi ws-65711

The red color is arching on my set. What is the best way to fix it? Can I replace the circuit board (deflection/x-ray)? Take out the heat sink? Where do I get parts including heat sink to put on the replacement parts? What circuit board do I need to remove to bring to a pro to solder (sp?) new caps? Anything else? This is a very helpful site-thanks!!
