Toshiba CX35C60 has yellowish tint

My 35 inch Toshiba has a yellowish tint to the picture. I can't adjust it out with the Tint, Color, etc. settings on the menu.

Any ideas what I can do to fix it?

Anyone know where I can get a Service Manual?
