Mitsubishi WS-55511 Green Blinking Light

I have a 2002 Mitsu ws55511 that that I baught new.  I had a power outage last week and now it has the green blinking timer light (blinks very rapidly).  I have read on the other forum threads that this can be caused by the caps on the DM Module power board.  I have removed the DM module and the caps look fine, no bulges, no burns, nothing.  I would like info on what voltages I should be getting to this board to make sure that I am getting power to it.  I have checked the fuses on the main power and the DM power board and they test good.  A service manual would be nice, but I will take any help I can get.  Thanks
