Need help w/convergence repair:Mitsubishi WS-65819

Does anyone have advice about a failed repair. My tv is approximately 5 years old and was in good working order except the red would not converge any longer. I replaced the two stk-392570 modules, re-installed the board and when I turned on the tv  it would shut off seconds later. I tested the fuses and found the pico fuse F9A05 was blown so I took the board out, replaced the fuse, reinstalled the board and the same fuse blew again when I turned on the tv. Any ideas why this is happening? The stk's were only $7 per piece. Could that be the problem? Any suggestions on what I should do next?
