65 inch HCN653W is making me jumpy.

Any help from the myriad of wizards is greatly appreciated, The tv picture is jumping around or fluctuating if you will. The colors are fine,  it just acts like it has a loose connector to  the video or something. I guess it could also be described as a static interruption, whatever that is. Thanks for any advice, Grego.
