Hello, I am an owner of a Mitsubushi WD52725 52" TV. It worked great for a while, but lately after the TV has been on and running for 10-15 minutes, the picture will scramble and after a minute turn off. The Geen light will then start flashing and the TV cannot be turned back on until it has been unplugged and then plugged back in. I feel like getting a repairman would be a complete waste if it has a fairly easy fix. On this website, I have heard that maybe the problem lies in the DM bored, so I attempted to disassemble the TV and take the DM board out. The back case, however, wouldn't come out after the normal screws were undone. Does anyone know if the problem is truthfully in the DM board, and if so, how to get the back case off of the TV? Thanks!
Edit: I attempted to check the error code, resulting in 12 being no error found.
I have the exact same problem, same TV. The TV will work for hours and days and then it will go into a cycle where it will only stay on for a few minutes. Nel, The DM board is unfortunatly sandwidched between the signal board and the FMT board in the electrical chassis. You have to pull the electrical chassies out as one complete unit. Once out, its a bear to get apart, as there are many screws, connectors and ribbon cables. I have already pulled the DM board out and replaced the four 1000 uf capacitors on my board to no avail, I still have the same problem when I put it back together. I have read a lot of advice from Larry Dillion on this forum. I wonder if he has any ideas. Nel, I have the service manual. It is in PDF format and I could email it to you if you want. It does show how to disasemble the TV to get the Electrical Chassis out.

DeWayne, thanks for the reply. Larry did send the service manual and my husband and son took it apart but all the caps looked great. When reassembled now it does not turn on anymore so maybe it is not properly connected but they reexamined everything and it seems to be. We ended up replacing the tv at this time but it is still in the basement with the hope that mitsubishi may have a recall (wishful thinking) If there is any light you may shed on other things to check, let me know.NEL
