My 32" Magnavox LCD Will Not Turn On

I have a 32" Magnavox LCD that is a little over 1 year old.  About a month or so ago, the tv would not come on.  The green light by the power button would come on and flashed when remote buttons were pushed, but no picture and no sound.  Somewhere online I found a service lockout code that I entered with the remote and it started working again.  2 days ago, it did it again.  I have put in the code and nothing happens this time.  Does anyone have a suggestion, have you experienced this before?  Help please!!!
