I have replaced the capacitors in my mit ws-65869 tv
and it is still not working. It will click on for 3-4 seconds with the green light on. The green light goes off after those 3-4 seconds. There is only 1 minute of blinking after unplugging or pressing the reset button.(normal). The given error code is ' one blink two blink' which is no error. I have seen other posts indicated that it might have a bad IC, piso fuses, horizontal convergence problem. I don't know. I don't know where these items are located in the tv. So any help regarding what could be wrong or where I can look at some of these part would be great. Should note there is a white ceramic looking 'thing' near the back that is the source of the clicking. Does not appear burnt or broken.
