Hello everyone, im ran in to a post by Chris the other day on how to fix the convergence problem.
Well i gave it a shot i ordered new IC and i am soldering now but a few wont solder, im think becuase the little part of the board there came off. can someone please help me.

Sounds like you need some flux paste. If you messed up the contact leads (because of excessive heat) you'll have to jumper to a suitable point. Use a multimeter to test continuity. Not a fun project and it will look ugly when you're done.

just follow the trace from the pin of the IC to the trace of the PC board
is there anyone in phoenix,az that can do this for me?
Use a wire to jump from the IC to the alternate solder point. If you're really not confident with your soldering skills you could try taking the board and IC to a local tech repair school (like ITT) and solicit one of the circuit repair students to solder it for you for some cash. Probably cheaper than paying a certified tech to come out and do it. But no guarantees.
