Help - DVI input Not working - Sony KP-46WTR510

Hi all new to forum, First let me say that I did indeed fix a SONY 46" KP-46WT510 that I found in our Aplliance/Furniture recycle area - $30.00 bucks later and some wicked good serious solder skills I have a 2.5 year old sony Flat screen set up (and yes the condtion was excellent for the most part) They just threw it away... - I am an electronics tech by profession - so it wasnt to bad for me to fix! Now onto my question... For some reason my DVI input is not showing up anywhere in the menu setup screen - I can get a DVD player to work in components inputs 1, 2 and 3, but not anywhere else - does the system need to be reset is there a service code of sometype to get this thing going... I have a cheapo Philips DVD HD upconvert player with HDMI out - and an HDMI to DVI cable - Not seeing the DVI input anywhere in the menu setup Anyhelp would be so very greatly appreciated Thanks, DarthDan
