Help with "popping big screen"

Hey to everyone.  Great website.  I have a large rear proj Phillpis Magnavox tv.  It used to pop until it warmed until the voltage was fixed by a tv repair guy.  That repair lasted about a year and a half.  Now I have no picture but I have sound.  The screen became dark and the picture went quickly.  Is this the same problem?  Can I order parts and repair myself?  Thanks ahead for any info.
