My 40 inch Samsung flat screen TV is stuck on bbc1 on dtv, only buttons that will work on remote are source, menu, and power. Am unable to change channel or anything. Have tried everything we can possibly think of.
Any ideas or solutions?

Have you tried to unplug the TV set from the wall for an hour or so? Then replug back in to see if it resets
