No picture on our 52 in Zenith

We have a 1994 52 inch Zenith TV that has no picture.  You can hear the sound fine but no picture. We were told by another friend that there are fuses inside and he replaced a fuse and his works fine however we have been unable to locate those fuses.  Is this truth or do you have another solution????
